We would like to thank you for your participation in taking part in the Location Selection and Package Selection Questionnaire which was held in the period 25 to 31 July 2026.
Based on the results of data collection, *274 respondents* were obtained with the following details:
Respondent Composition
- Owner: 55.1%
- Renters: 44.9%

1. Centralized package storage facilities in the area behind the Central Lobby: 71.5%
2. Package storage facilities in Basement 2 of each Tower: 27.7%
3. Direct handover between the courier and the occupant at the security post near the car exit (without storage facilities managed by the Management Agency): 0.7%

1. Maximum 3x24 Hours: 84.6%
2. Maximum 2x24 Hours: 15.4%

1. Rp 5.000 per day : 90.8%
2. Rp 10.000 per day : 9.2%
Based on the results of the questionnaire, the majority of respondents chose the package storage facility in the area behind the Central Lobby with a maximum storage time limit of 3x24 hours.
If the package has not been collected after the time limit, the majority of respondents agree that a short storage fee of IDR 5.000 per day will be charged according to the provisions to be determined by the Management Body.
Furthermore, the Management Agency will prepare operational procedures related to the package storage and retrieval system based on the results of this Questionnaire.
Information regarding the implementation schedule and complete provisions will be provided through the next official announcement.
