Announcement of Renovation of Drop Off Hallway Lobby Ceiling & Construction of WoodDrop Swimming Pool Area
Dear. To all TSA Owners and Residents,
In connection with the implementation of this work, the Middle Rear Lobby door leading to the Drop Off area will be temporarily closed while the work is in progress. We urge all Owners and Residents to use the alternative access that is available and follow the directions of officers in the field.
In order to improve the quality of facilities and comfort of shared areas, the Apartment Management Agency will carry out the following work:
1. Renovation of the Drop Off Hallway Lobby Ceiling.
2. Making Wooddrops on the 1st Floor of the Swimming Pool Area.
Renovations took place in
Day, Date: Friday 31 July 2026 to 29 August 2026
During the process, there may be some noise and access adjustments around the work area. The Management Agency will make every effort so that the work can be completed according to schedule while still paying attention to the safety and comfort of all residents.
